The Marina and Yacht Management Program offers a two-year education after high school. The Marina Management Program, which will accept students with YGS 6 points, started its education and training activities in the 2016-2017 academic year. The aim of the program, whose language of instruction is Turkish; is to train qualified personnel who have a command of the maritime culture, who have received training in marina and yacht management and tourism disciplines, who prioritize environmental awareness and country interests in the field of marine tourism, who can look at the sea and tourism from a multi-faceted perspective, and who are planned to take part in this field. Also; It is the training of middle and senior managers for businesses such as marinas, marinas, yacht building facilities, shipyards, yacht management companies, yacht brokerage firms and agencies, yacht insurance companies. In addition to this, training administrative personnel to work in yacht tourism companies, yacht service personnel who may work on yachts, office personnel and technical personnel to work in marinas are among the objectives of the department. In the Marina and Yacht Management program, the first year is to provide basic business and field information such as business administration, general accounting, basic maritime and nautical knowledge, marine tourism, marina management and yacht management, safety and security in marinas. , marine meteorology, yacht tourism in Turkey, land operations in marinas, marine tourism legislation, environmental management in marinas, vocational foreign language courses aim to equip students with the qualifications demanded by the relevant sector.
